Shipping Availability 

Currently, we offer shipping services across India. At this time, international shipping is not available. 

 

Order Processing Timeline 

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with all relevant shipment details, including tracking information. 

 

Expected Delivery Timeframe 

Our standard delivery period falls between 3 to 8 business days, ensuring that your stylish men's and women's accessories reach you in a timely manner. 

 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts 

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of the package: 

 

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two additional times. 
  • If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. 
  • If you wish to have your order re-shipped, additional shipping fees may apply. 

 

Damaged or Missing Shipments 

If your package arrives damaged, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence to facilitate the resolution process. 

 

If a shipment is lost during transit, we will work with our logistics partner to investigate. Once confirmed, we will either arrange a replacement or process a refund, based on availability.
